Quality Control Flow

We maintain an integrated quality system from receiving to shipping, keeping records of every process for five years.

Incoming Inspection

• Document matching, visual inspection and quantity check on all items
• In-house X-ray, curve tracer and XRF analyzers support counterfeit screening, I-V testing and RoHS verification
• Only trained inspectors perform the inspection

Warehouse Management

• ESD-protected storage with temperature and humidity control
• Moisture-barrier and ESD-shield packaging materials available
• System-managed stock history with periodic checks of long-stored items

Outgoing Inspection

Final check of part number, quantity and packaging before shipment, with records retained.

Complaint Handling

In the unlikely event of a defect, we take responsibility from failure analysis to corrective action.
